If
you would like to fill out an application to adopt a Dog from 911Ruff, you can
go to the bottom of the page to fill out an application online, or, if you
cannot figure out how to send us the online application no matter how hard you
try, you can Click Ruff adoption questionnaire to
print out a copy or right click the link and choose "Save Target As" to download a copy in pdf format.
You can then either fax or mail it to us.

When
you submit an application to us, either in hard copy or online, we will keep it
in our active file for six months. Because we share information about
available dogs and available homes with all the state contacts who have dogs to
place, you need only fill out one application - however, please be sure to
submit a new, updated application if any changes need to be made. We
cannot update the application for you. If you have questions and concerns
about your application, please feel free to contact
us. Due to the volume of applications received (200-300 per month!),
we cannot possibly reply personally to all of our applicants - if you see a dog
on our website for which you wish to be considered, please do contact
us, and we will be sure to pull your application for consideration for that
particular dog
